We empower our community users with oversight rights and rely on community monitoring to identify potential infringements. We reserve the right, with or without notice, at any time and in our sole discretion to remove infringing content, block access to and/or terminate the accounts of any creator or user who infringes or is alleged to infringe any copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

 

Once infringement is discovered and verified, Hacoo will immediately remove the third-party content in question and may take action against the responsible account holder, including but not limited to account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
